Returns Policy
At W-Collective, we make every item just for you. This means each product is custom-made and tailored to your needs. By doing this, we help protect the environment by reducing waste and our carbon footprint.
- Custom Orders:
- Since all our products are made to order, we don't accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.
- This helps us stay sustainable by not overproducing and keeping our inventory low.

- We produce only what you order, which means less waste and a smaller environmental impact.
- Fewer returns mean fewer shipping emissions, helping us stay eco-friendly. -
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are happy to accept a return or exchange. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- To start a return for a damaged item, contact hello@w-collective.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the issue, along with a photo if possible.
- Once we approve your return, we’ll give you instructions on how to send the item back. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items. -
Refunds and Exchanges:
- For approved returns of damaged items, we offer a full refund or an exchange for the same item, depending on availability.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and check the returned item.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
